Developing Science Simulation Video Games (July 7-11)
Design and build a video game that uses animated characters, sound, and action to simulate the environment and solve environmental problems. Search the web for backgrounds and themes to give your game life. Learn about science at the same time as you create an action-packed game. Walk away with a game that can be played on any computer.

Ages: Middle/High School Students Location: River Point Campus (Phase 1 Building)
Time: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. Cost: $20 registration fee

Eco-Mapping (July 21-25)
Ever looked at your house on Google Earth, gone Geo-caching? Learn how to map using GPS units and online tools. What is your waypoint in the world? Discover how geographic information helps to understand the environment and why mapping can be a powerful tool for change.
