Mapping the Environment Camp (July 9-13)
Understand the environment by learning how to map it using mapping software. Put your maps online to illustrate environmental problems such as erosion, flooding, and pollution.

Modeling the Environment Camp (July 23-27)
Understand the science behind global warming. Create computer simulations to predict what will happen to the environment, and understand what the real issues are. Change your model to see which cities will flood and what other impacts might be.

Biz Miz (August 13-17)
Learn to start a business (either real or fantasy) and put it online. Each girl will have a local businesswoman to mentor them in the business start up process. Learn what starting a business is really like, and how e-commerce happens! In return, participants will help their mentor create or improve their business web site. After school activity one day a week in the fall.
